Sewing and Quilting Class Policies
Please read and understand the following policies before registering for a class:

General Policies:

1. Class fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to reserve your spot. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Prework for classes can be found at the bottom of each class page. Please come prepared so the class can start on time.

3. Class fees cover instruction only and do not include materials, unless otherwise stated.

4. Most classes require a pattern, book, or specialized tool. These requirements will be listed on the homework list. Each student must bring a LEGAL copy of the pattern or book.

5. Students are required to bring basic sewing supplies to each class, unless otherwise specified.

6. Classes will start on time, so please arrive at least 15 minutes early, set up, and be ready to begin.

7. If you bring a cell phone to class, please set it to vibrate or silent before class begins. Please refrain from wearing perfumes, as some individuals may have allergic reactions. If you bring a drink, use a container with a secure lid (no open water bottles like Dasani or Aquafina, please).

8. All items on the class supply list are eligible for a 15% discount (not combinable with other offers). We encourage you to purchase your class supplies at Gigi’s Fabric Shop to support the continuation of our fun and innovative classes. We greatly appreciate your support!

Cancellation Policy:

1. We do not have a minimum enrollment, but we reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. If this happens, you will be notified, and all course fees will be refunded (either as a refund or store credit, at your preference).

2. If you cannot attend a class, please cancel at least 3 business days in advance. Cancellations made 3 or more business days prior to the class will receive store credit. Cancellations made on the same day of the class will not receive a refund, but you may send a friend in your place.

Please ensure that the class fits your schedule and that you are comfortable with the cancellation policy before enrolling.
